Terms of Service

1. Service Description

ezSIM ("we", "us", or "the Site") operates a global travel eSIM purchasing platform. We act as a third-party marketplace, partnering with authorized eSIM providers to digitally deliver eSIM connectivity services for use on compatible devices.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old, or using the Site with the consent of a legal guardian.
• You represent that any personal information you provide (name, email, etc.) is accurate and truthful.
• One email address corresponds to one account; account sharing is not permitted.

3. eSIM Compatibility

Before purchasing, please verify that your device meets the following requirements:

• eSIM-capable device (dial *#06# — if an EID field appears, your device supports eSIM)
• Unlocked device (not carrier-locked)
• Up-to-date operating system

Refunds are not available for issues caused by device incompatibility or carrier locking. Please confirm before purchasing.

4. Orders & Payment

• All prices are listed in New Taiwan Dollars (TWD) and include payment processing fees.
• An order confirmation will be automatically sent to the email address you provide.
• Payments are processed by ECPay; credit card and convenience store payment are supported.
• If a payment fails due to a gateway error, the order will not be created and no charge will apply.
• Promotions and discount codes are subject to their respective terms and expiry dates.

5. eSIM Delivery & Activation

• After successful payment, a QR Code will be sent automatically to your email.
• Each eSIM QR Code is single-use and becomes bound to the device upon scanning.
• eSIMs cannot be transferred to another device after installation.
• An "Unable to Activate" message during installation outside the destination country is normal — the eSIM will connect once you arrive.
• Do not delete your eSIM before it expires; deleted eSIMs cannot be reissued.

6. Validity & Usage Restrictions

• Each plan has a validity period (days after purchase to activate) and a usage duration. See individual plan pages for details.
• eSIMs are for personal lawful use only. Resale or use for illegal purposes is strictly prohibited.
• Data limits are as specified per plan; speeds may be throttled after reaching the limit on some plans.
• You are responsible for complying with local network usage laws in the destination country.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this site (text, images, trademarks, UI design, and code) is protected by copyright law. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use without written authorization is prohibited.

9. Disclaimer

• Services are provided "as is" without warranties of continuity or error-free operation.
• We are not liable for any indirect or incidental losses arising from your use of eSIM services.
• Network signal quality depends on local carrier coverage and geography; we cannot guarantee signal at any specific location.
• We are not liable for service interruptions caused by force majeure events (natural disasters, war, government orders, etc.).

10. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Amendments will be posted on this page with an updated date. Material changes will be notified by email to users with active orders. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). Disputes shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unsuccessful, the Taiwan Taipei District Court shall have first-instance jurisdiction.
